Shipping Policy

Customers qualify for free shipping when they spend $100 or more on USANA products*. If you choose free shipping then your package will arrive within 6-8 business days after it is processed.  For orders below $100, we offer standard or priority shipping.

Standard shipping is available for an additional fee ($9.95). If you choose standard shipping then your package will arrive within 5-7 business days after it is processed. 

Priority shipping is available for an additional fee ($10.95) as well.  If you select priority shipping then your package will arrive within 3-5 business days after it is processed.

Please note that USANA is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. These days do not count as business days for shipping. Your initial order will be verified and processed within 24-48 hours. Then it will be packed and given to the mail carrier.  Please Note: USANA is closed on the weekends. They are also closed on holidays. These do not count as business days.
